  • Money Handling policies – meeting next Friday night with all teams brainstorming

  • Pin current show to the top of the facebook page, then wait to physically advertise the next one until the current one has passed so as not to confuse the marketing message

  • Ad - $150 promotion of a post, reached 58,165 people, of which 120 engaged in the post, so $1.25 per person to look at it, maybe $2.50 to get a people in a seat

  • Ask people how they heard about the show – get box office
  • Ready to go, dress rehearsal was fantastic, cue through this afternoon

  • Turn on and off when you want without cooling issue, and much smaller
  • Test them for this show? Could we rent them? Steve’s not sure they have it for rent
  • Would need this to come out of LSH budget, since tech budget is basically gone
  • Are going to need mics, 1 wireless, rest wired
  • Steve will have to concentrate on lighting given the new board, so sound will need someone else
  • Lighting console – has 500 channels, cost $3,800
  • ETC has tutorials, Steve will send to everybody
  • Need 2 DVI computer monitors – under $100 a piece, probably, would be nice if they matched
  • Laura has one in their basement, so we could buy another like it?

  • Also need keyboard and mouse, preferably wireless
  • Need to adapt to 3 pin DMX, since it’s probably 5 pin
  • Need some way to protect the board. Comes in a box. Need something sturdy.

  • Steve charged ebay purchase to his paypal account, and Steve didn’t want SMCT email tied to his paypal or ebay, need to set up SMCT ebay page – Eric will do it

  • If people buy a full page, seasonal ad, we send a thank you with two free tickets asking if they would like another
