Alzheimer's Foundation of America (AFA) Teens for Alzheimer's Awareness College Scholarship

To qualify, a student must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and must also enter a four-year accredited college or university within 12 months of the application deadline. Existing college students are not eligible to apply. A committee selected by AFA will judge all timely submissions. Author identity will remain anonymous during the judging.
