Where Is It?
On the Voi – Taveta road in the LUMO Community Wildlife Sanctuary, Maramba ranch, Lualenyi ranch and the Taita Hills Sanctuary. We ask you to participate in this unique event and be amongst those that appreciate what sacrifices the community has made in order to conserve such an important part of our national heritage.

A checklist of animals, birds, trees, prints and turds found within the Sanctuaries will be given to the teams and they will have 30 hours from dawn Saturday to noon Sunday, to find and photographically record as many items on the list as possible. Raising Money For Whom?
Why is it called Eye Go Game Spotting (EGGS)? Kwale District Eye Centre, through its Mwatate clinic, provides Eye care in the Taita area including the LUMO shareholders. EGGS funds will be used to improve Eye care in the community, conservation education and general education and sustainable community projects, within the area and to upgrade the sanctuary infrastructure. It is a fun way to raise awareness and funds to support the LUMO Taita community so join us in this worthwhile effort.
EGGS 2013 aims to raise a minimum of Ksh Two Million and split the funds as follows:-
Eye Care Ksh 600,000/=. Sanctuary infrastructure Ksh 300,000/=. Mosarongo Cultural Centre Ksh 400,000/=.
Local education needs Ksh 200,000/=. Water projects Ksh 500,000/=. Any monies raised over Ksh two million will be distributed 50% to eye care and the balance equally to the other projects.
