Second Inter-American Moot – Tramandai, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil

27 December 2013–4 January 2014

The main objective is to promote cultural,

ecological, recreational, spiritual, touristic and,

especially community activities that aim to

facilitate the exchange of experiences,

integration, discussion, intellectual growth and

development of young people. This event will offer an excellent opportunity for all participants to enjoy themselves, have fun and learn more about Scouting in their groups, country and in other countries throughout the world.

20th New Zealand Jamboree – NZ20, Manfeild Park, Feilding

28 December 2013 – 5 January 2014

The jamboree will provide opportunities for on-site and off-site Activites with plenty of challenges, excitement, community service and the establishing of new friendships and having fun together.

For Participants between the age of 11-15

WAM – 19th Australian Rover Moot – Western Australia, 2014

30 December 2013–10 January 2014

An international event for Scouts aged 18 to 25. The Moot will include a wide and varied programme, a five-day expedition as well as various services, social and physical activities.

It will also include a chance to explore famous landmarks and beaches in Western Australia. Those aged 26 plus can attend as staff.

Winter Expedition – Russia

February half term 2014

An expedition to Russia for Explorer Scouts, Scout Network members and leaders, based in an area just north of St. Petersburg. Winter activities include overland skiing with Russian Scouts.

Omaha Beach Camporee - France

25-27 April 2014

Join members of BSA as they commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Normandy landings. All are welcome – especially relatives of Scouts who served during the war. Friday will open with a reception to introduce everyone and to meet World War II veterans. The theme for Saturday will be planned programmes around peace and partnership through Scouting values. Evening campfire will be on a bluff overlooking Omaha Beach. This is an outstanding event and a weekend that youth (especially older youth) and adults will remember for the rest of their lives.

Red Rose 2014 – Lake District

26 July – 2 August 2014

An exciting international camp in the English Lake District for Scouts, Explorer Scouts and Network from across the world. Activities will fully utilise the outdoor activities available in the beauty of the English Lake District for all levels. Activities will include hill walking, climbing, caving, cycling, and arrange of other activities.

E2014 – Stevninghus Scout Centre, Denmark

22 – 31 July 2014

A Danish camp with 10,000 other scouts from across Europe. The camp will have a Viking theme with activities from the Viking era with some traditional Danish camping skills.

190-200 Euros – Includes all Activites, meals, fire and building wood, flushing toilets and Wifi.

3rd Eurasia Region Jamboree 2014 - Kazakhstan

25 July – 4 August 2014

Join 600-800 scouts in Kazakhstan for this international event.

150 Euro for participants and 50 euro for IST.

The official language of the event will be Russian, however non speakers of Russian will be provided a translator for the event.

Chamboree 2014 – Cheshire

1–9 August 2014

Chamboree is a complete international experience for Scouts and Guides from all around the world. It is based in Cheshire.

All who attend will experience a week of fun and freedom with an active and energetic programme of activities. Chamboree is a place to have adventures and make new lasting friendships.

NORJAM 2014 – Norfolk Showground

9–16 August 2014

The 14th International Scout and Guide Jamboree in Norfolk. More than 5,000 young people will attend a week of activities, fun, excitement, new experiences and the chance to build a lifetime of memories and friendships. NORJAM 2014’s theme is ‘Back in Time’. All six sub-camps will be based on this theme, so be prepared for a fun-packed week! Activities include air rifle shooting, climbing, quad bikes, scuba diving, sailing and much more. For Scouts and Guides aged 10 to 18.

Australian Venture

The 16th Australian Venture (AV2015 SA Heaps Good) will be held at Woodhouse Activity Centre, Adelaide, South Australia from 2nd to 13th January 2015.

An Australian Venture is the major National youth event for the Venturer section (14 - 18 years old) of Scouts Australia. You get to meet other Venturers and Guides from all over Australia and around the world.
