University of Georgia Intellectual Property Agreement

for Individuals Submitting Proposals to External Sponsors

As part of the consideration of my being allowed to submit a proposal to entitled
under the auspices of the University of Georgia, I agree that the University of Georgia has an interest in any Intellectual Property that I may make or develop while conducting the project to the extent and degree stated in the Intellectual Property Policy of said University, and further agree to be bound by and comply with all the terms and conditions contained in said University Intellectual Property Policy as exists now. This agreement will cover any and all additional proposals I submit from the University of Georgia or the University of Georgia Research Foundation.

Execution of this form is required as a condition of employment for all regular and temporary faculty, staff, and graduate assistants. Undergraduate and high school student workers may also be required to execute this form at the discretion of the supervisor if employed on a University of Georgia research project. Individuals affiliated with the University of Georgia who submit proposals through the University of Georgia or the University of Georgia Research Foundation, Inc. are also required to execute this form.
