We are looking for an EYFS Director of Teaching and Learning who can:

  • Be an outstanding, inclusive teacher who keeps our children at the heart of all that is done in school;
  • An exceptional teacher who has experience of raising student attainment
  • Be a team player and excellent role model to pupils and colleagues
  • Have a strong commitment to parent and stakeholder partnership
  • Have proven track record of implementing strategies which demonstrate rapid and positive impacts
  • Have detailed knowledge of the national picture regarding approaches to teaching and learning
