Financial Aid:

The ability to import 2015-2016 ISIRs has been delivered – FM INAS is not yet available, however, so ISIRs cannot be calculated.

Financial Aid > File Management > ISIR Import >2015-2016 Suspense Management > ISIR Suspense Management 15/16 has been delivered. The page for 2012-2013 has been deleted; information for that year will be available at Financial Aid > Financial Aid History > View Archived Application Data > ISIR History, FAFSA Information.

Financial Aid > Federal Application Data > Correct 2015-2016 ISIR Records has been delivered. Effective with this bundle, for the 2015–16 Air Year and beyond, users are required to use a Rule Set when using extension to override options at the student level.

2014-2015 Reject Reasons/Comment Codes continue to be in use for 2015-2016, as the new Reject Reasons/Comment Codes were published after Oracle released the bundle. These codes will be installed when delivered, probably in March 2015.

Financial Aid > Awards > View NSLDS Loan Data, NSLDS Loan Detail: “Last Confirmed SULA Status” renamed to “Confirmed Loan Subsidy Status” and new valid values added. A new “Subsidy Status Date” field has been added.

Set Up SACR > Product Related > Financial Aid > Aid Year > Aid Year Set Up now has the option to roll over Shopping Sheet tables.

Financial Aid > Loans > Direct Lending Management > Manage Direct Loan Application > Application Financial, Disbursement tab: Three display-only fields have been added to the SULA tab. These values are populated as part of the Disbursement Outbound process.

• Trans Pay Period Start (Transmitted Payment Period Start Date) — This is the Payment Period Start Date value transmitted to COD.

• Trans CIP Code (Transmitted CIP Code) – This is the CIP Code value transmitted to COD.

• Trans SULA Load (Transmitted SULA Load) – This is the SULA Load value transmitted to COD.

  • When requesting reports, the ‘ugly’ message has gone away. Oracle has added additional setup for report date and as-of-date so the ‘ugly’ message is no longer needed.
