2015-16 SJCS SUPER S.T.A.R. APPLICATION
There will be four students selected to represent SJCS as a Drug Free Super S.T.A.R. (Students Teaching Awareness and Resistance). You must meet the following criteria and turn in the application no later than Friday, October 2, 2015 to be eligible:
1. A senior and actively involved in sports or other MSHSAA organizations.
2. ALCOHOL-FREE, TOBACCO-FREE and any other ILLEGAL DRUG-FREE
3. Willing to make presentations to elementary and junior high students. This speech will include your personal testimony of coming to faith in Christ and how this commitment affects your decisions.
4. AN UPSTANDING STUDENT. (No disciplinary action the last two semesters and reputable around the community).

I pledge that I DO NOT presently use alcohol or any other illegal drug and I further pledge that I WILL NOT use any during this school year. If I am found to have broken this pledge, I will lose all privileges as a Super S.T.A.R., including any scholarship money, having my picture removed from the mezzanine and will return any pictures I have received.
