Our banqueting menus include your initial consultation. V.A.T at the current rate, all standard white crockery, standard cutlery, linen napkins, an event manager, Chefs and 5 service staff for 80 - 100 guests

One choice from each course and a vegetarian option

Another choice may be added for an extra £4 per person depending on your venue.

Extra staffing, equipment maybe required depending on your service requirements and the timings for your special day.

We are happy to provide tastings by appointment for £40 per couple.

Luxury fish pie with organic salmon, Cornish hake and king prawns with winter green vegetables

Braised beef in red wine with truffle mash and Provençale vegetables

Wild mushroom stroganoff, white and wild rice, parmesan shavings and truffle oil

Roasted chicken supreme with a lightly spiced cauliflower steak, a potato and spring onion croquette and cheese and chive sauce

Apple cinnamon and almond crumble with traditional English custard

Mulled pear, white chocolate sauce with blackcurrant and clotted cream ice cream

Dark chocolate orange tart, hazelnut ganache with chantilly cream
