Yoga De-Stressor with Melissa Millar

Studies have shown that yoga may help reduce stress and anxiety. It can also enhance your mood and overall sense of well-being. This one hour class will be restorative and peaceful. We will do simple yoga poses that help focus your mind and relax your body. This class is for anyone from newbies to the more experienced, with the goal being to help you better prepare for the fall exam period.
