Transgender Bathrooms and Locker Rooms in Public Schools - Parents, Get Your Children Out!

I.  On March 23, 2016, the North Carolina state legislature passed a law that "legislates that in government buildings, individuals may only use restrooms that correspond to the sex on their birth certificates." (Public Facilities Privacy & Security Act, Wikipedia, 5-16-16)

II.  This created a firestorm from the wicked LGBT community.

III.  In response to this, on May 13, 2016, the Obama Administration issued Transgender Guidelines to all public schools in the United States, stating that schools must allow students to use bathrooms and locker rooms consistent with their chosen gender.

1.  "Public schools must permit transgender students to use bathrooms and locker rooms consistent with their chosen gender identity, according to an Obama administration directive issued amid a court fight between the federal government and North Carolina.

"The guidance from leaders at the departments of Education and Justice says public schools are obligated to treat transgender students in a way that matches their gender identity, even if their education records or identity documents indicate a different sex.

"“There is no room in our schools for discrimination of any kind, including discrimination against transgender students on the basis of their sex,” Attorney General Loretta Lynch said in a statement accompanying the directive, which is being sent to school districts Friday." (U.S. Education Dept. Issues Transgender Guidelines, CBS Minnesota, 5-13-2016)

2.  "Under the guidance, schools are told that they must treat transgender students according to their chosen gender identity as soon as a parent or guardian notifies the district that that identity “differs from previous representations or records.” There is no obligation for a student to present a specific medical diagnosis or identification documents that reflect his or her gender identity, and equal access must be given to transgender students even in instances when it makes others uncomfortable, according to the directive." 3.  Here are the pertinent excerpts from the letter from the Departments of Justice (sic) and Education:

A.  "Gender identity refers to an individual’s internal sense of gender. A person’s gender identity may be different from or the same as the person’s sex assigned at birth." (Dear Colleague Letter on Transgender Students, US Department of Justice and US Department of Education, Page 1, 5-13-16)

B.  "Restrooms and Locker Rooms. A school may provide separate facilities on the basis of sex, but must allow transgender students access to such facilities consistent with their gender identity. A school may not require transgender students to use facilities inconsistent with their gender identity or to use individual-user facilities when other students are not required to do so. A school may, however, make individual-user options available to all students who voluntarily seek additional privacy." C.  "Housing and Overnight Accommodations. Title IX allows a school to provide separate housing on the basis of sex. But a school must allow transgender students to access housing consistent with their gender identity and may not require transgender students to stay in single-occupancy accommodations or to disclose personal information when not required of other students. Nothing in Title IX prohibits a school from honoring a student’s voluntary request for single occupancy accommodations if it so chooses." 4.  This means that young girls will be forced to shower in a locker room with boys who supposedly think they are girls.

5.  This means that young girls will be forced to sleep in the same room with boys who supposedly think they are girls.

IV.  This policy is evil.

1.  God hates "transgender" people.

A.  Deu 22:5 - The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God.

2.  Effeminacy (men acting like women) is a wicked sin for which a person will loose their inheritance in the kingdom of God.

A.  1Co 6:9 - Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,

B.  Effeminate - adj. 1. Of persons: That has become like a woman: a. Womanish, unmanly, enervated, feeble; self-indulgent, voluptuous; unbecomingly delicate or over-refined.

3.  These wicked people in the government have framed mischief by a law.

A.  Psa 94:20 - Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee, which frameth mischief by a law?

B.  Psa 94:21 - They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the innocent blood.

4.  These wicked people in the government are decreeing policies that will be offending little children and, according to Jesus Christ, should have a millstone tied around their necks and should be thrown into the sea.

A.  Mat 18:6 - But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

B.  Mat 18:7 - Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh!

V.  The time has come for Christian parents to remove their children from all pubic schools that enact these wicked polices.

1.  Parents, this wickedness WILL corrupt your children.

A.  1Co 15:33 - Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.

B.  2Pe 2:6 - And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;

C.  2Pe 2:7 - And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked:

D.  2Pe 2:8 - (For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;)

E.  Pro 13:20 - He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.

2.  Parents, you have a responsibility to protect and educate your children.

A.  Eph 6:4 - And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

B.  Pro 22:6 - Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

3.  Parents, there is not reforming this wicked system.

A.  Job 14:4 - Who can bring a clean thing out of an unclean? not one.

B.  Jer 13:23 - Can the Ethiopian change his skin, or the leopard his spots? then may ye also do good, that are accustomed to do evil.

4.  Parents, if you send your children to schools that enact these wicked policies, you are no better than those who enact and enforce them, and you are worse than an infidel for not providing for the protection of your children.

A.  1Ti 5:8 - But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.

5.  Parents, your only choice is to vote with your feet and remove your children from these schools!

6.  Parents, remember what Jesus said about offending little children that believe in Him.
