HOW TO ENROL

YouMUSTenrol and pay to ensure your position. Please fill out and return the enrolment form to the staff at Vital Gymnastics along with full payment.Please remember all classes do book out and you are NOT automatically re-enrolled into your current class. If you would like to secure a position you must enrol and make payment as soon as you receive your enrolment form

REGISTRATION

This fee is compulsory for all members, and includes registration with Gymnastics Australia and Gymnastics Western Australia italso provides a personal accident insurance policy. The fee is due once a year and is due for renewal on the 31st of December each year.

PAYMENT

Payment is due with your enrolment to secure a position. Positions will NOT be held without payment.

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be provided in the case of a medical condition on the production of a medical certificate for periods greater than two weeks.

ENROLMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Payment is due with your enrolment to secure a position. Positions will NOT be held without payment.
  • All members must pay a $75.00 registration with to register Gymnastics Australia and Gymnastics Western Australia it also provides a personal accident insurance policy.   • Make up classes are available for most classes depending on availability
  • Gymnasts are to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to their class beginning
  • Gymnasts are to be picked up from inside the premises - Vital Gymnastics takes no responsibility for children outside of scheduled class times.
  • Gymnasts must bring a water bottle and wear tight fitting clothing ie ;shorts, bike shorts, leggings, t- shirt, and leotards.
  • The gymnasts should not wear jewellery -All hair must be tied back of the face.
  • Gymnasts must behave appropriately and follow the instructions given to them by their coach. Any athletes failing to abide by these instructions will not be allowed to participate in class.
  • Non-participating children remain the responsibility of the parent/guardian at all times.
