My experience involved with the following operations.

  • Testing well through three phase separator,Gas Calculation,Wing valve,Master valve,SSV,SSSV operation through wellhead control panel,Oil calculation ,Gas Oil ratio,Acid pumping through coil tubing(Diesel and Hcl),Nitrogen lifting , Checking PH,Well activation,Well stimulation,Oil and Gas Sampling,gas gravity checking through Ranerax meter,BSW,ESD panel operation,Surface Pump operation,and good knowledge about wellhead operation Water Treatment unit operation,very good knowledge about testing separator like level setting,pressure setting,recorder calibration through Dead weight tester and pressure gauge calibration etc.
  1. Start, check or stop pumps, Compressor locally according to instructions or in case of emergency.
  1. During the start up of equipment remotely (such as pumps, compressors or any equipment) assist in checking and following the start up sequence.
  1. Assist in isolating, draining, purging and handling over equipments for maintenance or inspection and check the equipment for its correct operation when the maintenance job is completed.
  1. Assist in the preparation of pressure vessels for inspection/maintenance.
  1. Assist in carrying out the routine weekly run tests of equipments.
  1. Unload chemicals into tanks for injection; start and adjust the flow rate of chemical injection pumps required.
  1. Make regular routine checks of all equipment and units to ensure that they are functioning correctly in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  1. Wellhead operation,Hydraulic shutdown panel operation
  1. Report all equipment and instrument defects and leaks immediately to Shift Engineer / Supervisor and take any possible corrective action.

  • High pressure and sour gas field operations.

  • Plant commissioning and pre commissioning activities.
  • Plant safe shutdown, start up and normal operations.
  • Trouble shooting during electrical failure, instrument air failure and emergency shut down.
