1. Q:Clarification on item number 3: It was stated the expenditures to date are $70,650. Is this figure really expenditures or is it referred to revenue? What date is this through?
R:Rent revenues are currently budget at $110,000. Expenditures to date are $70,650. $70,650 are expenditures through January 2010.
2. Q:Clarification on item number 4: Can you please provide a year to date expenses figure for medications and housing. The perclient, per month seems a bit high for medications and is this referring to the Medi-Medi, and Medi-Care clients only?
R: Medication – Average FSP medications are approximately $1,000 per month, per consumer. Housing – As of February, expenditures are $32,000. Figures previously provided reflect current budget expenditures. It is the county’s expectation that these costs will be reduced dramatically.
3. Q:Will there be a transfer of equipment and furnishings if a new provider is chosen?
R: Yes – fixed assets purchased with MHSA funds are the property of FresnoCounty and will be turned over to FresnoCounty at the end of the contract period.
