i.  Annual Do 23rd Jan 2015 , tickets are £15 online and make 50 paper hopefully sell at Quiz night and run sessions.
ii.  Website blog- PW to re- gig the headings around and put the tickets info on. / JB
3 / Running the Club
i. Harrier of the Month. Nominations as follows:
·  Dan Wilkinson – good result Burley Moor run 17th Nov new course record
·  Geoff H – Abby Dash result
·  Sally Morley- England vest special recognition
·  Mike Duffield – PB at Abby Dash
·  Jane McCarthy – 1st at x country
·  Steve Coy- volunteer

Iii/ League Races
Hilda, Dan, Amanda,bought ideas for Road , Trail and Fell league races. We all looked at them and discussed the possibilities. The list was created 8 for each.

4. Developing the club
Dan Wilkinson suggested asking a coach to do fell training for long races and short. The club has a Thus fell session in the summer but does not cover prep for races.
Proposals were:-
Asking Pete Shields to do a programme NC
Ask other clubs who and what they do All
Ask to hire a coach for a group to train with / BM
8. / AOB
i.  SWood gave an in-depth report on the IGS development in Ilkley and all its benefits. She proposed a working party to be involved with the development and report back to the club periodically. Commetee agreed
ii.  Buying of new tents for the club to use at events like the x country for IH to put their kit while racing.
