Re:Tournament Information
The 31st Annual Capital City Invitational Tournament will be played on September 7th-8th, 2012 in Jefferson City. This yearall of our tournament will be held at Binder Park, located on the west end of Jefferson City. Take 50 West towards Sedalia, get off at the Apache Flats exit (Hampton Inn is on the right), go down through the traffic light and the complex will be up a bit on the right. If you are traveling from KC, take 50 East, get off at the Rte T exit, St. Martins. Take a left at the top of the ramp. Go to the first stop sign and turn right. The complex is about 1.5 miles down on the left. These are the field we used last year.
Parks and Rec will provide portable fencing for all four fields. We will be using all four fields for both days of the tournament, which means every team will play four games.
Friday’s games will begin at 4pm and Saturday’s games will begin at 9:00am.
The entry fee is $150. Please make checks payable to JCHS.

CAPITAL CITY TOURNAMENT RULES
- Coin Flip will determine the home team.
- 90 minute time limit.
- Times will start with the coin flip.
- Infield: First Round Only (5 minutes)
- Field Umpire will stay to get the next game started.
- 15 Runs after 3 innings and 10 after 5 innings.
- Each team will furnish 2 game balls.
- International Tie Breaker will start after 7 innings or time limit.
* Except the Championship Game.
- Home Team will be the official scorer.
- There will be no protest. The decision of the 2 umpires is final.
11. Division round robin places are deciced by 1) overall record
2) least total runs allowed and 3) most total runs scored 4) coin
flip
