Dear Care Coordination Partners,
In response to frequently asked questions, we wanted to provide clarification regarding Bridgeview’s enrollment reports and further instructions on editable fields.
Enrollment Reports
New CAP report: First report of the enrollment month lists NEW members only.
Full Detail report: Second report of the enrollment month providing a full member list to each Delegateand may also include some NEW members who enrolled at the very end of the previous month.
*New*Daily Add report: This report is generatedas needed for those members who are retroactively enrolled by DHS after capitation. This report will listNEW members and/or REINSTATED members.
What you need to do when you receive these reports:
NEW: Initiate Care Coordination activities on members flagged as NEW.
REINSTATED: These members were flagged as TERMED on the previous Full Detail report but were retroactively re-enrolled by DHS. (The most common reason is a late MA renewal). If you have closed these members, you will need to re-open their file and continue to provide Care Coordinationbut they do not need to be treated as NEW enrollees.
If there are any discrepancies or any members are assigned to your agency in error, you need to notify us as soon as possible by the 15th of the enrollment month so we can research and re-assign as needed. Email any errors to , not the Partner Relations email box.
Manual edits
The following fields are editable in Bridgeview:
AddressLiving Status
COR Member Phone
Rate CellPCC
Although you have the option to update these fields manually, the changesare effective for only 90 days. In the meantime, you must continue to complete the other requirements including changing the address, living arrangement, etc. with the member’s financial worker via DHS 5181.
Changing the PCC in Bridgeview does not permanently change the member’s PCC.You must notify Blue Plus by calling member services or completing form 6.03 Notification of PCC Change Form following the process outlined in the guidelines.
This information will be added to the Bridgeview Manual located on the Bridgeview website. In addition the Care Coordination guidelines will be updated with these changes in September.
Please contact your Partner Relations Consultant with any questions.
