What To Bring On or Before Your Child’s First Day of Attendance
** All paperwork needs to be completed and turned in prior to your child’s first day of attendance. Registration fees and a one week’s non-refundable deposit are due on the same day paperwork is turned in.
** Everything brought into the center MUST be labeled with your child’s first and last name on it.
Infants:
- Prepared bottles labeled with the day’s date and your child’s name (this will need to be done each day).
- A comfort item such as blanket or stuffed animal that smells like you.
- An emergency can of liquid formula.
- 3 changes of clothes.
- Diapers and wipes.
- Baby food, if applicable.
- Diaper rash cream or other ointment used on your child’s bottom with completed administration of medication form.
- Pacifier, if applicable.
- Any medication, with completed administration of medication forms, to be given here at the Center.
Toddlers:
- A comfort item such as blanket or stuffed animal that smells like you.
- Naptime items (blanket and pillow).
- 3 changes of clothes.
- Diapers/Pull-ups with Velcro sides and wipes.
- Pacifier, if applicable.
- Diaper rash cream or other ointment used on your child’s bottom with completed administration of medication form.
- Any medication, with completed administration of medication forms, to be given here at the Center.
Preschoolers:
- Naptime items (blanket and pillow).
- 3 changes of clothes.

Kindergarteners:
- Naptime items (blanket and pillow).
- 3 changes of clothes.
- Any medication, with completed administration of medication forms, to be given here at the Center.
- Video games are discouraged unless it is a special game day.
School Agers:
- Any medication, with completed administration of medication forms, to be given here at the Center.
- Video games are discouraged unless it is a special game day.
