The Managed Security Technical Advocate (TA) is a dedicated resource to a limited number of large revenue generating customers. This individual will act as the owner of all technical, operational aspects of the relationship. The TA must have strong experience in service delivery to large customers either from a consulting or operational background. The goals of this position are:
- Build key trust relationships with the customers as well as key members of the service delivery and product teams.
- Articulate customer security needs with ISS managed security services.
- Understand, clarify and coordinate to resolve discrepancies between customer expectations of service delivery and/or requested service improvements.
- Track all operations issues (process improvement needs, systemic technical issues, etc.), make recommendations to MSS to address these issues, while taking ownership of articulating progress and status to the customer.
