1. You must earn 8 points a week outside of school to receive credit for your assignment.
2. Each activity must last at least 30 minutes.
3. You can earn extra points if you exercise with a parent or guardian from one of the below activities.
4. Parent or guardian must sign or initial each activity.
5. Students are required to bring this book every week to Physical Education to receive a grade.

PROGRESSION = How to do overload. This happens over time with changing the FITT.
