2015 Raymond James & Associate Sustainability Event

The Raymond James Financial Sustainability Committee would like to count you among the local businesses or government agencies attending our 2015 Sustainability Fair. You are welcome to interact with the hundreds of associates employed at the firm’s Southfield Operation Center in Southfield, MI. This is a one-day annual event to promote ideas, products, and services that support sustainable practices by our associates at work and home.


Participation: We do not charge a fee to participate. Just come prepared to share information related to Sustainability. Ideally, offer associates a token gift to take away, such as a brochure, pen, light bulb, or a coupon for a consultation or discount. Note there is no requirement to give away or donate items. The Sustainability Committee will also be offering giveaways. Should you offer additional items to raffle in addition to giveaways you will receive mention in our promotion of the event in addition to being listed as an attendee. For your information and reference there were approximately 250 attendees at last year’s event. While we encourage demonstrations of your product or service, we do not permit actual sales during the event.

Mark your calendar: This year’s fair will be held on Thursday, April 23rd, from 11:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Lobby/Atrium/Palace Conference Room. Please be prepared to present ideas for sustainable options in a residential environment.

Raymond James’ event promotion: Associates learn about the fair through announcements and dedicated sustainability sites on the Raymond James intranet. Here, the names of businesses and government agencies that are participating in the Fair will appear.

Parking for the event will be limited, in keeping with the “Sustainability” theme; we are asking guests in the same group to car pool to minimize the number of vehicles in our lot. The circular drive will not be available.

Once you accept this invitation: Approximately two weeks prior to the fair, expect an email with:

·  Directions to our buildings

·  Additional instructions

The Sustainability Committee looks forward to making this a memorable event for our associates and participants. Committee members and security officers will assist you during your campus visit. It is our hope the fair will encourage the use of innovative products and services and thereby reduce overall dependence on non-renewable resources. Let us know if you plan to be part of this event. Lunch will be provided for all vendors participating in our event.
