Deputy Clerk to report on drainage issues on Parish Council land at Valleydene, the investigations, the cost to date, and further investigation required before a full report can be brought to Council.

Council to consider the recommendation of the Grant Aid Working Party to grant £500 to New Forest Disability Information Service. /
15. / CHRISTMAS CAR PARKING
Council to nominate the preferred date for free parking in the lead up to Christmas.
Email received from John Bull, NFDC:
“This year it is proposed that free parking will be provided on Saturday, 5 December 2015 to help promote Small Business Saturday which is a national campaign to promote local high streets and independent shops. If your Council holds a Christmas event which does not coincide with small business Saturday the Council is happy to assist by suspending parking charges on the day of the event…the nominated date should be during the period 4 weeks prior to Christmas Eve
