- To bridge clients with various mood, anxiety, comorbid and concurrent disorders from the acute inpatient care of the Complex Mood and Anxiety Unit into the community. Providing hope, building a collaborative therapeutic relationship while inpatient, transitioning clients into the communityand connecting with outside recovery supports, meetings, etc. in order to ongoing to enhance recovery and thus quality of life
