Pursuant to section 32 of the Dairy Industry Act 1952, Her Excellency
the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the
Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

1 Title
(1) These regulations are the Dairy Industry (Fees) Amendment Regulations
2002.
(2) In these regulations, the Dairy Industry (Fees) Regulations 2000
SR 2000/89 are called "the principal regulations".
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on 1 July 2002.
3 New section 2A inserted
The principal regulations are amended by inserting, after regulation 2,
the following regulation:
"2A Interpretation
In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,---
disbursements means disbursements relating to: external review; expert
review; notification; product testing; travel and accommodation; photocopying;
printing and stationery; phone; fax; video conferencing; postage; and courier
IMA certificate means the certificate of official assurance in the form
specified by the Director-General, having regard to tariff quota product
requirements, that enables dairy produce to be imported into the European
Communities under a country-specific tariff quota
tariff quota product means dairy produce that is intended for import into
the European Communities under a country-specific tariff quota."
4 New section 4A inserted
The principal regulations are amended by inserting, after regulation 4,
the following regulation:
"4A Part revocation
The Dairy Industry (IMA Certification) Regulations 2000 (SR 2000/116) are
amended by revoking regulation 19 and the Schedule."
5 New schedule substituted
The principal regulations are amended by revoking the Schedule, and
substituting the Schedule set out in the Schedule of these regulations.
