- Attention: The present form shall NOT be filled in by accompanying persons.
PAYMENT POLICY:
- By 28th February 2011 a DEPOSIT of 300 euro per person has to be paid. Non-payment of this amount leads
to the cancellation of the reservation.
- By 30th June 2011 the rest of the price has to be paid. Not receiving this amount leads to the cancellation of the reservation.
- Both for the payment of the deposit, and for the rest of the price, we ask you to send to us a copy of the bank
transfer document within 24 hours of making the payment,.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY :
- Cancellation of the booking between 01 March and 30 June 2011 is charged with a cancellation fee of 150 euros per person.
- Cancellation of the booking between 01 July and 31 August is charged with a cancellation fee of 400 euros per person.
- Cancellation of the booking after 01 September 2011 the applicant is charged with the full deduction (100%) of the amount received

OTHER INFORMATION
- Accommodation is available from 14.00 hours on the arrival day and ends at 12.00 on departure day.
- The first meal included is dinner on the arrival day. The last meal is breakfast on the departure day.
- The costs for any food from the hotel room refrigerator or ordered additionally to that included in the package price, shall be paid for in full by the tourist.
- Any complaints about irregularities concerning accommodation must be made in writing at the hotel Reception. The hotel is obliged within 4 hours of notification, to remedy the deficiency or change the room. Complaints made by tourists after leaving the hotel will be disregarded.
