Please do the following to install and register a token to your smart phone:

Go to the app marketplace (e.g. Google Play Store)

Click the Search Icon (magnifying glass)

Type in Symantec VIP Access (FREE)

Select and Install it (icon should be a black check mark with the yellow circle around it)

Login to your Agent account from your computer and use the computer token

From your Agent Dashboard Overview Tab, click the “Settings” Tab

At the upper part you will see a sentence about making changes in the Online Gateway, click the hyperlink in that message.

You will be redirected to your MFA Credential Page, click the MFA Management tab at the top

Scroll down to and input the Credential ID that you downloaded to your smart phone

Give that credential a nickname (preferably something that contains smartphone so you can distinguish)

Click Register Token

Scroll up to the top of the page and make sure that both the laptop and smartphone credentials are listed

Click “Back to Application” hyperlink on the page to navigate back to your Agent Dashboard.

Now you can login using a security code from either device

Please do the following to install and register a token to your additional computer:

From the new/additional computer

Go to the homepage

Login with your username and password

From the MFA Credential page scroll down and click Get Desktop Token

Run and Install the VIP Access software

Login to your Agent account from your original desktop/laptop computer and use thatsecurity code

From your Agent Dashboard Overview Tab, click the “Settings” Tab
