ASO products are primarily sold under the brand name of mass merchandisers, food grocery retailers, drug store chains, as well as distributors in professional medical markets. ASO has partnered with these retailers to provide high quality products with innovative brand strategies which build store brand value, increase returns, and enhance market share in the categories of products we provide.

In March of 2014, ASO was selected as Wal*Mart’s supplier of the year besting all other branded companies and private label suppliers in the health and beauty care category. We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Intern. Supporting the Product Marketing Group and Creative Services, the Digital Marketing Intern will be responsible for updating the digital content of ASO’s products.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Review customer websites for ASO products confirming content is current and applicable.

·  Work with product marketing leaders, sales, and creative services to communicate any necessary updates to our customers.

·  Brainstorm improvements for digital content, including product descriptions and other media.

·  Work with Creative Services to update product image files as needed.

·  Carry out administrative tasks associated with product transitions.

·  May provide support to industry and market research.

·  Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

·  Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business and/or Sales Administration. Recent graduate or senior year student preferred.

·  Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Outlook). Experience with graphic design/illustrator or other similar programs a plus.

·  Moderate understanding of marketing principles.

·  Able to handle several projects simultaneously.

·  Must be a team player, able to achieve deadlines, and work with limited supervision.

·  Able to speak, read, and write in English.
