submitted to the Rivercane Architectural Review Committee. There is
a $500.00 review fee associated with this submittal. Permit will not be
issued without written approval from the Rivercane Architectural
Review Committee.
3.) Completed building permit application.
4.) If project value is $50,000 or more; proof of current City of Atmore
business license and proof of current State General Contractors License.
5.) If project value is less than $50,000; proof of current City of Atmore
business license or signed Owner-Contractor Agreement.
6.) List of subcontractors performing work on the project.
7.) Documentation of sewer service.

In the event that West Escambia Utilities determines that an existing service connection is useable, they will install a cleanout at the property line. Maintaining this cleanout shall be the responsibility of the property owner. Where West Escambia Utilities determines that there is no sewer connection or that the existing sewer connection is insufficient, the customer will be required to pay an additional $1,500.00 for the installation of a new sewer connection. Existing service lines shall be of at least schedule 40 PVC.
This form must be completed and submitted to the City of Atmore Building Department prior to obtaining a permit for the proposed project.

I understand that I will be acting as my own contractor and will therefore be responsible for ensuring all work performed is compliant with all applicable codes, ordinances, laws, rules and regulations. I take full responsibility for ensuring any subcontractor that may perform work on this project is properly licensed, certified, and qualified to perform such work. It will be my responsibility to notify the City of Atmore when work is ready for inspection and to make sure the structure is not used or occupied prior to obtaining final approval.
