Difficulties and Risks
Local people do not understand our project and will reject our proposal. We will explain them the detail information about our project and the detail information of Mong Ton Dam project.
Lack of experiences in video documentary. We can overcome those difficulties by getting advices from technical experts.
It may take time to build trust. Through networking, our work will be eased.
During the rainy season, very difficult for the transportation and communication.
It would be difficult to get the footages at the dam site due to the restriction area. However, we can get some footages from cease fire group living nearby the dam site and the general workers working for dam construction.
Lots of military check point. Backup plan! Mobile phone. Take the tape out.

Villages: Wan Sala village, Mong Ton township.

Wan Sala villagers. 5 people. Both women and man. Will include all kinds of ethnic groups.
The people who attended consultation meetings conducted by SMEC company (5) people from Mong Ton, Taunggyi, Leng Khur and Kun Heng.
