More abuse from the Law Society
Mail abuse from the Law Society ! Here is my first handexperience withopinion about a mail in complaint to the Law society . The First complaint I sent in to the Law society by Regular Mail. No one from the Law society got back to me in three weeks so I phoned down to the Edmonton Law Society office here in Edmonton and told them who I was and who I complained about and asked if they received my complaint . With out even taking a minute or two to at least pretend she looked at the computer ,she Just said NO we have not received your complaint ! ( I heard her give a snicker/ laugh half under her breath !!?) Then she said to me; if we do not receive my complaint with in the next 3 weeks then I can send another copy of Complaint . ( Another snicker ?)
So I said to my self , I better send this registered Mail then the front end person can not lie to me any more !! I did send same complaint registered mail and 4 days later it was signed for by someone at the Law Society ! ( Now it makes it there !) I sent another letter in response to a letter sent me by the Law Society . Three weeks Later I phoned down there to see what’s up . They said they did not receive my letter again !!? So I sent another copy Registered Mail again . Low and behold it made it there and signed for in 3 days this time . ( Do You see the Pattern here ? I did . So now I send every thing registered Mail . ) It is sad but true that I have to send every thing registered mail to the Law Society to ensure the lies stop ! and my letters are received ( With Proof of Delivery ) so they can be looked in to my concerns !
Is this the way(s) the People at the Law society try toDETER every one from making a complaint about their bothers and Sister Lawyers from the Law Society ?? and to keep us from wanting to continue with our complaint(s) till the very end ?? ( Remember this is Lawyers handling complaints about Lawyers! Have you every heard any thingso bizarre ? )
1)By saying they never received your complaints or reply letters ?
So here is what is happen now . I send a Registered Letter to the Law Society and nobody will sign for it !! Look at this receipt I got from Canada Post ! Proof of how they manipulate the letters to discourage the people of Alberta !!!
You must add your name to the petitions and write a letter to Minister of Justice and the Premier of Alberta . This complaint system about Lawyersmust be taken awayfrom the Law Society and given back to the People how else can this be a NON BASIS COMPLIANT SYSTEM .
Any body can see that the way it is , is wrong ! Must be changed now !
I will be showing you a lot of proof of how the cover up for each at the Law Society at all Levels of the Complaint system in the near future so keep checking back .
I will also show you how they have premeditated ,template letters that are to discourage/deceive in my opinion/ stop , the people from complaining any further .
Premeditated = They have thought about, what there are doing/putting into these template letters .
Example : Premeditated murder the worst kind of murder .
A premeditated template that works against the people in any way is/has to be the worst kind , lies, deceits / Deterrent along with Major proof that the complaint system MUST be taken away from the Law Society .
THIS IS THE NEXT BIG THING IN EVERYONES , ELECTION CAMPAINS AS IF THEY DO NOT ADDRESS THIS THE PEOPLE WILL NOT VOTE FOR THEM. THIS IS HUGE AND OUT OF CONTROL !! WE NEED AGOVERNMENT THAT CAN HANDLE THE LAW SOCIETY AND THE LAWYERS !! NOW ! AND DEAL WITH THE PUBLICS COMPLAINTS IN A NON BASIS WAY .
How else can it be fair .
Corporation’s, Law firms ,etc . all must have a plan in place on how and who will sign /handle registered letters . But not the Law society , you know the ones that supposed to/are to, help enforce these rules !! and conduct ?
I will show you what the Law society calls their Template letters and how they work against any one making a complaint or trying to get their complaint through the process in the Law society , in the near future . You will not believe how bad it is .
