Update for HPE Global Procurement Suppliers: Spin-off and merger of Enterprise Services with CSC

As previously announcedon May 24, 2016, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (HPE) is preparing for a tax-free spin-off and merger of its Enterprise Services (ES) business with CSC.

Preparing for the transition

Our goal is to ensure business continuity for both future companies – and for you, our valued supplier. We’re committed to ensuring current engagements – such as purchase orders, statements of work and contingent worker engagements – are successfully migrated to the correct future company. Where appropriate, HPE will be initiating new transactions for both or either company.

What to expect and when

On the HPE Supplier Portalin the Announcements section, you will find Frequently Asked Questions and access to other useful information and tools, including the Country Implementation Schedule. Information will be updated as it becomes available, so please check back regularly for the latest.

Please make special note of the following information related to invoicing:

Invoicing to the future company will become effective based on the specific country implementation date (refer to the HPE Supplier Portal).

All invoices generated prior to the country cutover date will continue to follow existing processes. We recommend you invoice HPE before the country cutover date for all goods and/or services delivered.

All invoices generated on or after the country cutover date must reference the correct future company information and be sent to the correct postal or electronic address. In some instances the company name and/or bill to information will remain the same.

To assist suppliers in updating their invoices with the correct information, we will provide a Purchase Order Search Tool on the HPE Supplier Portal in early November. HPE Suppliers can use this tool to look up their Purchase Order numbers and validate the correct future company information to include on invoices.

HPE will issue updated Purchase Order details from the correct future company to each supplier starting on or just after the country cutover date.
