The Community Learning Plan Action Plan is a summary of activities that will take place over the 2013/14 financial year. Each action is designed to meet the goals and strategies in the Shire of Melton Community Learning Plan 2011-2014. The Annual Action Plan details the following:

What is to be achieved?

How success will be measured

Who will be involved?

Who holds responsibility?

What resources will be required, and how they will be sourced?

The Community Learning Plan is implemented through delivery of thisAnnual Action Plan. The implementation of the Annual Action Plan incorporates action research and continuous evaluation. The will provide qualitative and quantitative data and information to inform the development of the next Community Learning Plan 2014 - 2018.

Planning for the next Community Learning Plan will commence in this year and should be viewed as an action in this Action Plan

Reporting

Progress reports will be prepared andpresented at each Community Learning Board meeting. Evaluative reports will be produced and presented to Council and the Community Learning Board, a progress report will be provided in February 2014 and an Annual Report in August 2014.
