SCHEDULE A: CASINGS
A.1TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
a)The casing shall be genuine, new and unused.
b)The casing shall be seamless.
c)The casing shall be manufactured from an open-hearth electric furnace or basic oxygen steel.
d)The casing shall be manufactured to API Specification 5CT and should have the API monogram.
e)Each piece of casing shall be supplied with power tight buttress thread coupling on one end.
f)Approved steel thread protectors shall be provided for both ends for each piece of casing.
g)The casing shall be mill coated with a non-bituminous coating to prevent rusting during transit and storage.
h)Mill test certificate from the manufacturer to be provided.
i)All the relevant catalogues, brochures and descriptive literature shall accompany the casings.

SCHEDULE D: WELLHEAD EQUIPMENT AND VALVES
D.1TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
NOTE: The selected Tenderer will be required to organize for a valve maintenance and repair course for 4 GDC Technical Staff at a recognized Institution at the cost of the selected tenderer.
1CASING HEADS
The casing head flanges shall meet the following minimum specifications:
- Manufactured to API specification 6A.
- Rating and dimension: 13 3/8” API 3000 PSI WP (R57) flange by 13 3/8” female buttress threads.
- The casing head through bore shall be 12 ½”.
- It shall have two 2 1/16” API 5000 PSI WP (R24) extended flange side outlets.
- All materials shall meet NACE Mr-01-75 minimum requirements for Class 1.
2MASTER AND SIDE VALVES
The Master Valves supplied shall be as per diagram on the following page and shall be selected to withstand the erosive conditions of bore discharges and corrosive effects of geothermal gases within the flow area and around the wellhead (geothermal trim). No copper or bronze components shall be used.
The valves shall meet the following minimum specifications:
i)The valves shall be new.
ii)Manufactured to API Specification 6D for master valves and 6A for side valves.
iii)They shall be flanged end full bore through conduit gate valves
iv)They shall be manufactured to geothermal trim
v)The valve bodies shall be provided with a safety relief valve to prevent the possibility of pressure build-up of trapped condensate and/or gases. The seating surface shall seal when the valve is in a fully open or fully closed condition.
vi)Material specifications shall be as follows:
- Body:A 216 WCC RC-22
- Bonnet:A 36 or A 516 Gr 70
- Gate and Segment:A 216 WCC with HF-6 overlay.
- Stem:17-4 PH H.T.
- Seats:AISI 1029 with HF-6 overlay.
- Flange Studs andNuts: 410 Stainless Steel drawn to RC-22.
vi)The gates shall be of the expanding type to ensure satisfactory seating at all times, and to allow the movement of the gates even if small chemical deposits should build up on the valve seats or guides. Parallel gates are required with full through bore to allow seat protection when the valve is fully open. The gates shall be fully guided throughout their travel and while in the fully opened position.
vii)Sufficient stem gland packing shall be provided for each valve for normal 24 months consumption.
viii)All materials shall meet NACE MR-01-75 minimum requirements
