Conditions

The Organisers reserve the right at their sole discretion to refuse any entry without explanation. Classes may be divided, combined or cancelled at the Organisers' discretion depending on entries.

No refund of entry fees after withdrawal date unless a valid Medical or Veterinary certificate is received before show day with an SAE for return, or presented to the Secretary on show day before the start of the class.

All riders whether or not competing must wear appropriate headgear when mounted (no baseball caps). A hard hat is mandatory for juniors. Seniors have the option to wear an approved hard hat and a Hard Hat Indemnity & Risk form will be required if preferring to wear a Stetson, which is worn at the rider’s own risk but is not covered by the venue insurance. Anyone violating this rule may be asked to leave the premises and will forfeit all entry fees already paid.

The Judge reserves the right to ask any competitor to withdraw if considered to be not in control of their horse or causing a problem to others, and the Judge may stop the class at any point if necessary.

Reasonable precautions have been taken to ensure the safety of everyone present, but neither Little Ladbrook Equestrian nor the organisers can be held responsible for any accident, injury, illness, damage or loss to horses, riders, owners, grooms, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever or howsoever caused.

HEALTH & SAFETY

For health & safety measures to be effective, EVERYONE PRESENT shares the responsibility of avoiding situations which could result in an accident occurring, and MUST obey instructions of judges & stewards without question or argument.

DIRECTIONS to LITTLE LADBROOK B94 5HL

From M42 Junction 3 take the A435 South towards Alcester and then 2nd exit (about ½ mile), which leads to the first bridge over the dual carriageway. At the junction at the top of the slip roadturn left and Ladbrook Eq is ½ mile on the left just after you see a row of logs on the left verge and thegate has a small "Dog running free" sign. If you come to Rushbrook Lane on your right you have gone just past, so turn round and the entrance is 100yds on the right with a hedge of tall Leylandii along the drive, just past the “Little Ladbrook Farm” sign.

This is a working Livery Yard so please respect their rules and clear up any mess left by your horse and use the bins for your own litter. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Thank you.
