Hiring Type : Permanent /Fixed Term Contract

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Must be able to engage clients and gather business, Technical and system requirements from various stakeholders and come up with clear definition of problem statements, scope and business objectives.
  • Adept at coming up with Technical Specification documents, Process Models, User Stories and Test scenarios.
  • Coordinate with development and testing teams, to provide requirements walkthrough and query resolutions. Work closely with Project Manager to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Ability to come up with mock-ups, wireframes, prototypes and Proof of Concept developments.
  • Validate that the developed product matches requirements, fulfills customers’ needs and achieves business objectives.
  • Assist in design and planning, provide recommendations for new features and perform SWOT Analysis.
  • Must have good experience working in Waterfall and agile Methodologies.
  • Ability to track requirements using Traceability Matrix and assist clients in carrying out User Acceptance Testing.
  • Must have experience using Visio, Wireframe tools and MS Office
  • Document support plan.
  • Ability to coordinate with team to complete Operational Readiness Check process prior to go-lives and deployments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be very good at verbal and written communication
  • Must have 4 + years’ experience as Business Analyst.
  • Must be able to work independently and be able to prioritize work items.
