JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must be able to engage clients and gather business, Technical and system requirements from various stakeholders and come up with clear definition of problem statements, scope and business objectives.
- Adept at coming up with Technical Specification documents, Process Models, User Stories and Test scenarios.
- Coordinate with development and testing teams, to provide requirements walkthrough and query resolutions. Work closely with Project Manager to ensure timely deliveries.
- Ability to come up with mock-ups, wireframes, prototypes and Proof of Concept developments.
- Validate that the developed product matches requirements, fulfills customers’ needs and achieves business objectives.
- Assist in design and planning, provide recommendations for new features and perform SWOT Analysis.
- Must have good experience working in Waterfall and agile Methodologies.
- Ability to track requirements using Traceability Matrix and assist clients in carrying out User Acceptance Testing.
- Must have experience using Visio, Wireframe tools and MS Office
- Document support plan.
- Ability to coordinate with team to complete Operational Readiness Check process prior to go-lives and deployments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be very good at verbal and written communication
- Must have 4 + years’ experience as Business Analyst.
- Must be able to work independently and be able to prioritize work items.
