If your band is selected to perform all band members must agree that no alcohol or drugs are allowed at the performance or in the lead up (including Bush band Business) .Any bands found with intoxicated performers will not be able to perform. Do you agree? / Yes / No

Bush Bands Business 2013

An important part of being in the BBB is that bands participate in the Bush Band Business. The Bush Band Business is designed to provide bands with a range of skills from industry knowledge, such as writing band bios and registering songs with APRA to performance rehearsals with music mentors.

The Bush Bands Biz is on 18th - 20th September.

Applying for the BBB is a competitive process. Your bands artistic integrity and overall musicianship is most important and so a good quality recording is essential however the following areas will also help strengthen your application:

Band Biography
Your bands bio should tell us what your band has done, when, where you have performed and what your major achievements as a band are.

Band Photos

You need to provide us with the best quality photos possible – if you are selected to perform in the BBB these images will be used in our promotional material. The photos need to be high res so they can be used for printed marketing material e.g. posters.

Video

Video footage or youtube links should be the best quality possible because as well as it giving us an idea of who you are and how you perform we can use this footage for promotional material.

Support Letters

Support letters are important as they indicate if there are any organisations in your community who are able to provide logistical help for your band.
