ALL COACHES WILL NEED A NEW PASS EVERY YEAR

ON THE EVEN YEARS FEMALE TEAMS WILL GET NEW PASSES

ON THE ODD YEARS MALE TEAMS WILL GET NEW PASSES

FEMALE Teams: Because your passes are good for two years please bring the following items when coming in for registration:

· All your teams Player Passes from last year

· 2 copies of your new roster for 2017-2018 (PORTRAIT LAYOUT)

· Any new player added to your team that was not on your roster in 2016-2017 must produce proof of age and new player pass printed off GroupNet Solutions

MALE Teams (GET ALL NEW PASSES): should do the following:

PLEASE FOLLOW DIRECTIONS LISTED BELOW FOR REGISTRATION:

1. Player’s NAME and BIRTH DATE on the roster MUST MATCH the name and birth date on the proof of age documentation (NO EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE).

2. Bring 2 COPIES of 2017-2018 ROSTER (PORTRAIT LAYOUT).

3. Players’ and Coaches’ Passes must be printed off of GroupNet Solutions, NO HAND WRITTEN PASSES will be accepted.

4. Players’ and Coaches’ Passes MUST BE IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER AS SHOWN ON YOUR ROSTER WITH PICTURES ATTACHED OR UPLOADED INTO THE DATABASE AND PRINTED ON THE EPYSA CARD STOCK (If pictures are attached make sure they are placed at the top center of the card stock).

PLEASE MAKE SURE ANY NEW PICTURES ARE AGE APPROPRIATE

5. PLAYERS, which were not registered in ICSL last year, YOU WILL NEED PROOF OF AGE. (WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT LAST YEARS PLAYER PASS IF THEY ARE ICSL PASSES)

6. EXISTING PLAYERS, which were registered in ICSL last year, YOU CAN BRING IN LAST YEAR’S PASS OR VALID PROOF OF AGE.

7. ALL PROOF OF AGE DOCUMENTATIONS MUST BE IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER AS SHOWN ON ROSTER.

WHEN YOU COME TO REGISTRATION ON YOUR ASSIGNED DATE AND TIME, OR IF YOU DROP OFF YOUR PACKETS, PLEASE HAVE THE FOLLOWING DONE FOR EACH TEAM:

1. EACH TEAM IN ITS OWN ENVELOPE WITH TEAM NAME AND AGE ON THE OUTSIDE

2. 2 COPIES OF YOUR 2017-2018 ROSTER

3. A PILE OF PASSES IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER BY YOUR ROSTER WITH COACHES ON TOP WAITING TO BE STAMPED.

4. A PILE OF VALID PROOF OF AGE IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER BY YOUR ROSTER or OLD PASSES (WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT LAST YEARS PLAYER PASS IF THEY ARE ICSL PASSES).

(BIRTH RECORD IS NOT ACCEPTABLE)

Please send only one representative for each club to drop off all your teams’ packets. We will not permit multiple coaches from the same organization to be permitted during registration.

No secondary passes will be processed during the primary registration. Another scheduled time will be arranged to process them once all rosters are approved. The tentative date to process secondary player passes: Monday August 14TH, 2017.
