Subject to the terms and conditions established by State of Washington Contract #07198, except as follows:
The City does not guarantee utilization of this contract. This contract is subject to cancellation by either party upon thirty days advanced written notice. They may award contracts to other vendors for similar products or services. Actual utilization will be based on availability, proximity of vendor facilities, frequency of deliveries, or any other factor deemed important to the City.
Contractor shall not process City of Seattle contract orders from unauthorized purchasers. Authorized purchasers list attached.
Contractor shall name the City of Seattle as an additional insured on all insurance polices established in conjunction with the implementation of State of Washington Contract #07198.
