Notes about the course:

  • This class moves at a fast pace. If you have taken summer classes before you know that we have a limited amount of time to complete the equivalent to a long semester. You can expect to have something to do or see almost each day of the week.
  • We will meet on Fridays, this is mandatory and has points associate with attendance and participation for it. It is imperative that each student attend and participate in every class meeting, event or presentation associated with the course. If unable to attend the entire class session, the appropriate number of points will be deducted.
  • The videos included are a compilation of several years and you will add to the knowledge base by finding updated information through new articles or other means. Assignments will detail this.
  • I will post some items on the BB (Blackboard) Calendar, but not all, use it as you need to keep up with due dates, etc.
  • I will send additional announcements for need-to-know items during the weeks.
