4 Man Scramble
This year’s event will be held Wednesday, May, 24that the breathtaking Palisades Country Club in Charlotte, NC.
Check-in begins at 10:00 am, lunch is at 11:00 am, and golf begins with a shotgun start at 12:00 noon.
The cost for this event is $110 per player, which includes:
- 18 holes of golf with riding cart;
- Lunch and two drink tickets;
- 2 Mulligans per player;
- 1 door prize ticket (additional tickets for door prizes may be purchased separately)

This event is limited to the first 108 golfers, so be sure to get your registrations in early.
Golf attire is required. Collared shirts and slacks. No steel spikes are allowed on the course.

Option #1: Hole Sponsor - $250:
Your company can show its support for ASHRAE Research by becoming a Hole Sponsor. This level entitles you to one large, top quality, company sign, prominently displayed on one of the 18 tee boxes at Palisades Country Club.______
Option #2: Hole & Product Sponsor - $500:
Sponsor will receive Hole Sponsorship as above AND the right to have a product trailer or tent set up in a high traffic area at the golf course club house during the tournament. Sponsor may have a representative on site to interact with attendees as they walk through.
Sponsor will also receive their company name on golf tournament event page on our website, promotion materials, and emails distributed after their sponsorship is confirmed.
In lieu of a product trailer or tent, the sponsor may elect to have a dedicated hole where they may setup a table or tent that can be setup to create interaction with attendees as they come through this hole. Rep firms may utilize this as a marketing tool for one or all the manufacturers they represent; as long as this is limited to one space. Any tents, tables, giveaways, cocktails, refreshments, etc., are to be provided by the sponsor.

Option #3: Main Tournament Sponsor - $1,000:
Tournament sponsor will receive everything as in Option #2 as well as:
- A sign with your company logo displayed prominently at tournament.
- Company logo prominently displayed on golf tournament event page on our website, promotion materials, and emails distributed after their sponsorship is confirmed.
- Company name announced during verbal announcements made at golf tournament.
- Ability to have do a large giveaway for tournament attendees. This could be a hole-in-one prize, raffle, or any giveaway that is approved by the Southern Piedmont ASHRAE Chapter.
Option #4: For Current Platinum Sponsors - $250:
This option will be applicable for our yearly Platinum Sponsors only, and will give the sponsor the ability to have one trailer, tent, or table (as in Option #2) of their choice at the golf tournament. Rep firms may utilize this as a marketing tool for one or all the manufacturers they represent; as long as this is limited to one space.
