CommunityEvents:

June 6, 2015– CommunityYard Sale–It is always the first Saturday in June, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

August 2015– Annual Meetingat Hope Lutheran Church

September 2015– Ice Cream Social

Annual Dues: Pay by April 30th to be entered in the prize drawing! Details enclosed.

Snow Removal: Don’t park in the street or have anything near the street that could interfere with the plow.

Trash Removal: Contact Republic Services/Industrial Disposal (ID)at 502-638-9000to get our special community rates. Store trash cans where they aren’t visible from the street.

Rules Reminders:

  • Mow and edgeon a regular basis.
  • No parking on the street or grass. Street parking is for temporary guests IF there is no room in your driveway.
  • No Semi-trucks, boats, trailers, campers, motor homes, commercial trucks, jet skis, etc. areallowed in our community unless kept in a closed garage.
  • Properly dispose of yard waste - not in the creek, ditches or street.

Chain Link Fences: No new chain link fences are allowed under any circumstances.

  1. Howcan a closing agent verify if any dues are owed when I sell my home? Call Ken Wheat at 502-396-6870.
  1. How do I get a street light fixed? Call LG&E at 589-1444. We pay a flat rate per light whether the light works or not and repairs are included. Any homeowner can request a repair.
  1. What do annual dues pay for? Streetlights, snow removal, dues billing, stamps, supplies, collections, repairs/maintenance of the front entrance, signs, landscaping, yard sale ad, website, P.O. Box, community social, etc.
  1. What are the community restrictions and rules? Refer to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions on the website at under “Bylaws and Declarations”.
