Important Directions on How to Sign Up for Conferences Online

Dear Parents/Guardians,
Parent teacher conferences are fast approaching (please see the dates listed below). You will be able to sign up for conferences online through PTC Wizard starting on October 16 at 6 PM. Please read this letter carefully to ensure that you schedule your conference time properly. In an effort to honor your time, we have streamlined the conference process to enable you to meet with us separately during two consecutive sessions. Each conference will be a total of twenty minutes, which includes two-10 minute sessions (one session per teacher). We will both be meeting with parents in room 129 (Mrs. Kalota’s room).
Please follow these directions when you sign up for conferences. When you sign up you must only sign up for one-5 minute period with one of us. By signing up for one-5 minute period, you will actually be getting two-10 minute sessions and will see both of us. We understand that on the computer it will look like you are only meeting with one of us for five minutes, but you are actually going to be with us for twenty minutes. Please note that if you sign up for more than one of us or for more than one-5 minute period, we will have to remove one of your times off the schedule. Remember, it doesn’t matter which teacher you sign up for, as you will be meeting with both of us.
