Site Assessment (see Phase 2 – Site Assessment)
- After receiving the completed Assessment Request Form, the CAWeb team provides an assessment start date to the OCE Lead and begins the analysis and the writing of the Assessment Report.
- OCElead will schedule the Customer Engagement meeting
- Once assigned, a CAWeb team member (liaison) will engage with the customer and OCElead. The liaison will be the OCElead’smain contact related to the customer’s entire on-boarding experience.
- The CAWeb team prepares and completes the Assessment Report
- The customer, OCElead and the CAWeb liaison meet to review the Assessment Report. The following are discussed at the Engagement Meeting regarding the proposed Statement of Work (SOW)
- Scope and project agreements

- The customer decides to proceed/not proceed with a CAWeb website.

- If the customer decides to continue on-boarding, the CAWeb team prepares and delivers a Statement of Work (SOW) based on the information discussed at the Customer Engagementmeeting. The delivery of the SOW concludes the Assessment Phase.
Assessment PhaseDeliverables:
- Assessment Request Form (this document). Customer completes the form, including the Assessment REQ number, and returns it to the OCE Lead and CAWeb liaison.
- Assessment Report. CAWeb team creates and delivers to the customer a detailed Site Assessment Report.
- Statement of Work. After the Engagement meeting, CAWeb team prepares and delivers theSOW, the final document of the Assessment Phase which identifies what will and will not be provided for the migration effort and subscription service.
Customer Response Options:
- Customer returns the SOW with a Subscription REQ number, thereby agreeing to continuetoPhase 3: Site Build and Subscription. The SOW is an agreement that includes the assumptions and limitations (if any) provided by the CAWeb team in the Assessment Report.
- Customer decides not to move forward with CAWeb Service. At this point the Assessment Phase and the entire On-Boarding process ends.
