ð  Check out time can be as early as 9:00am and should be scheduled prior to day of rental.

ð  Check in time will be before 6:00pm. A rental return is considered late as of 6:10pm. A $50 fee will be charged to the credit card on record at that time, and another $50 will accrue for each additional half an hour until the boat is returned. In addition, late returns will cause forfeiture of future reserved dates & deposits.

ð  All deposits are nonrefundable. Scheduling changes must be made 3 days in advance of use date. If changes are made within these three days, you will be charged for half a day’s rent for the cancelled day and the balance will go towards the rescheduled day.

ð  Rescheduling or refunding will be permitted ONLY if the following conditions exist on the lake at the time of the rental: heavy rain lasting more than 45 minutes, lightning, tornado or thunderstorm warnings, high wind advisories or any condition that Geist Lake Marina considers unsafe boating conditions. If more than 4 hours of a rental day have passed before inclement weather occurs, it is considered a full boating day and no rescheduling or refunding will be offered. (Rental day is considered “started” at 9:00am.) Any rescheduled time MUST be used by end of 2014 season.

ð  Must be 25 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

ð  Lessee must be the primary boat operator (cannot sign for others).

ð  You will be responsible for refueling the pontoon boat at the end of the day.

ð  Payment DUE WITH RESERVATION (made payable to): Geist Lake Marina

ð  Copy of valid Driver’s License and credit card information will be taken on the day of rental.
