In conformance with Chapter 501 of the NYS Laws of 2012, the proposed amendment:
·  Adds that the code of conduct developed by the Justice Center must govern the conduct of custodians with respect to the safety, dignity and welfare of students attending in-State residential schools.
·  Requires all persons providing preschool special education services established pursuant to section 4410 of the Education Law to be screened in accordance with the provisions of sections 424-a and 495 of the Social Services Law. / Sections 200.7(b)(3) and (b)(6)
