· Develop and maintain the Visual Tracking System (VTS) project plan for all assigned projects.
· Coordinate execution of the VTS project plan to ensure timely delivery.
· Maintain E-plan for appointed documents and execute document preparation On Time in accordance with E-plan.
· Execute and follow up appointed work tasks and arranging necessary meetings as required.
· Support production/supplier during assembly and test execution
· Perform the work proactively, in accordance with FKS policies and procedures, and to achieve product quality, functions and design life as specified or implied by Contract documents and FMC specifications.
· Ensure product(s) are delivered to the project according to the dates agreed between the ocean-flo Team and the project.
· Co-ordinate all discipline areas within the ocean-flo E&S Team to give a common input to E-plan for the appointed product(s) at project start-up.
· Prepare project specific documentation, such as BOMs and documents, interface documentation, and maintenance documentation (in accordance with E-plan).
· Perform technical review and update as required during the project.
· Conduct formal kick-off meeting for each project assigned and disseminate meeting minutes.
· Participate in meetings and review boards, as required.
· Provide support production/supplier during assembly and test execution
· Follow up the supply and production plans according to project needs and ensure that necessary actions are taken to reach the agreed delivery dates.
· Hold internal pre-production meeting before production start.
· Hold post-delivery lessons learned meetings to support continuous improvement.
