Lunch and Learn Wellness Seminarsoffer strategies to help employees successfully meet the changing needs of their work and personal lives. The sessions address managing stress, childcare and teen issues, balancing work and life, financial issues, enhancing personal productivity and helping older relatives. All of the sessions are appropriate for employees and management. Educational by nature, seminars apply to many situations and provide participants with practical techniques, strategies and useful “Take Away Tips” for future reference. Sessions are 60 minutes in length and designed to fit into a lunch break or anytime during work hours.

Elder Care Issues: One of the most challenging roles we have is being a caregiver to our parents and other older adults. As our parent’s age and experience changes, it’s important to recognize when a symptom is the sign of a problem that requires intervention. Often it is difficult knowing where to begin the exploration of the complicated world of elder care. Fortunately, there is much information that can assist us as we help our older adults be safe, comfortable and well cared for.
