Dear Prospective Vendor:

This year the NURPA Conferenceis scheduled for September 17, 18, and 19 at the Queensbury Hotel in Glens Falls, New York. We are expecting this year’s conference to be well attended, so I encourage all vendors to make your reservations and travel plans as soon as possible. In order to provide the hotel with attendee information it is important that you make both hotel reservations and conference registration by July 19th. Reservations received by the Queensbury Hotel after July19th, 2014 will be subject to availability.

Payment of the exhibitor registration fee of $225 is due at Inner-Tite Corp.no later thanAugust 17th, 2014 to reserve your company’s participation and space at this year’s conference. Please note that this year’s fee covers the vendor receptions Wednesday & Thursday evenings but does not cover the conference fee of $225.Please mail the attachedexhibitor registration formalong with your check for $250.00payable to Inner-Tite Corp. to arrive by August 17, 2014to:

Please note that each vendor attendee must register separately for the conference and pay the $225 conference fee. The conference registration form is attached to this email as a separate form and must be completed and returned per the instructions on that form, to Pat Uhlman with NSTAR Electric and Gas Corporation. Meal package is included in the $225 conference fee. Additional guest meal package: $200.
