Involved in many diverse projects such as:
· LES LOFTS REDPATH:
The restoration and transformation of Redpath Sugar Refinery installations, in Montreal, is the largest endeavor of this type in Canada.
Responsible, as construction manager, on behalf of Compagnie Immobilière Gueymard & Associés Ltée, owner and developer, for the complete transformation of five buildings (dating from 1854 to 1960) into condominiums and the restoration of ‘Bassin des Prêtres’ into a marina. Construction cost, for the first phase, 20 M $.
· AEROPORT DE MONTREAL:
As part of the consortium DECAREL, VERRAULT, POMERLEAU, TECSULT (DVPT), managing the construction of the new airport facilities, mandated to manage and supervise the different firms of architects involved in the project.
· GERICO:
Recycling and conditioning of soft drink bottles and cans, mandated by Recyc-Quebec. Transformation and re-engineering of their main plant in Montreal and setting up new plants in Quebec and Chicoutimi. Consultant on operations and installations.
· SORINCO:
Engineering (machinery, systems and operation procedure) and implementation of their new plant and offices facility in Brossard for the treatment and conditioning of cosmetic and pharmaceutical products outdated, taken off the market or rejected at quality control.
· ARGENTINA:
Involved in more than ten real estate and industrial projects development in Argentina with the support of LA CAISSE (CADIM), Ministry of Commerce and Industry Quebec and SHQ. More than 25 trips over three years. Projects now on stand-by because of the economic crisis in Argentina.
from January 1985 to November 1988 :
Internal consultant to the national credit department of the Bank for the activities in construction industry in Saudi Arabia. Audit and review of clients and projects in construction to evaluate the organization, the resources and the profitability of their operations. Advise the credit department on new facilities requested by their client in the construction industry. Follow-up on projects under construction.
For a period of two years, assigned by the bank to act as general manager of one of the client to complete six different projects reducing Bank’s exposure with this client by 35 M$.

As project manager, responsible for construction drawings; overall planning; site organization; cost, time and quality control; procurement both local and overseas; managing labor camp for 500 men from twelve different nationalities; dealing with the professionals, client and local authorities.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
· DAR AL HANAN INSTITUTION: school campus for 2 300 girls :classrooms, auditorium for 800,sport center with indoor swimming pool, residences for students and staff, power station and used water treatment plant. Built area of 40 000 m². construction value 35 M $ US. Manpower : 450 à 500 men (Thailand, Philippines, India), staff of 25 engineers, architects and professionals (Canadians, British, Americans and Lebanese).

· MEDICAL CARE FACILITY: King Faisal Specialist Hospital medical complex of 150 bedrooms for minor treatment and accommodations, including cafeteria, auditorium. Turn key project of 17 M $ US. Manpower of 200 to 250 men (Philippines, Afghanistan, Yemen).
From April 1979 to June 1980 :
Responsible for site supervision (cost, time and quality control) and assistance to the local contractor.

In charge of construction projects in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia for National Chemical Industries, general contractor: overall planning; site organization, management of sub-contractors; cost, time and quality control; procurement local and overseas; dealing with professionals, local authorities and the clients.
