Dear Dance Teams,
We are so excited you will be joining us for our 2nd Annual Invitational!
TEAM DROP OFF AREA: Please drop at the West Entrance, which is our Auditorium/Theatre entrance. Registration table will be just as you come in the door and to ease congestion, please have your team step to the side while coaches check in. You will turn in your music at the registration table along with your data sheets. If you need a costume check or dangerous move check, please notify us when you check in.
MARKING TIMES/SOUND CHECK: Please refer to marking schedule. Your marking time begins as another ends. Livewire Entertainment will be doing our music and announcing this year.
SPECTATOR ENTRANCE/PARKING: Please use the East/Gym Entrance. Spectator fee is $7.00 for adults and $5.00 for students and senior citizens, children under 5 are free.
Dancers will only be allowed in the gym to watch if room allows due to the high volume of spectators.
CONCESSIONS: The Dance Team Booster Club is hosting the concession stands, which will be located in the commons area. Please note-absolutely no food is allowed in the classrooms! All food must be eaten in the cafeteria/commons area.
T-shirt preorders will be at the registration desk. A very limited number of shirts will be available for purchase the day of the event.
INJURIES OR PROBLEMS: We will have an athletic trainer on hand for the day. She will be in gym. If you need to use their services, please contact the chute manager to locate.
CHUTE: All teams will be staged in the order of competition. Staging will be down the media center hallway. Teams should be staged 2teams deep to insure you are ready when it is your turn to compete. We will not come get you, so please make sure your team is ready to dance.
COACHES MEETING: Our meeting will be brief and is to answer any questions you may have. We will be awarding placements: 1st-4th for Varsity, 1st for JV.
OFFICIALS:JAM judges will be officiating.
